1. Installation test and adjustment:

1. The components of this product, whether manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric, are strictly debugged before leaving the factory. When rechecking the sealing performance, the user should evenly fix both sides of the inlet and outlet, close the butterfly valve, and apply pressure to the inlet side. , Observe whether there is any leakage on the outlet side. Before the strength test of the pipeline, the disc plate should be opened to prevent damage to the sealing pair.　　

　　2. Although this product has been strictly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, there are some products that automatically change the screw position during transportation, which needs to be re-adjusted, pneumatically, hydraulically, etc., please refer to the instruction manual of the supporting drive device.

　　3. (Electric drive butterfly valve) The opening and closing strokes of the control mechanism have been adjusted before leaving the factory. In order to prevent the wrong direction when the power is turned on, the user should first turn on the power manually to the half-open position, and then press the electric switch to check that the direction of the indicator plate is consistent with the closing direction of the valve.

　　 2. Common faults and solutions

1. Before installation, confirm whether the performance of our products and the arrow of the flow direction of the medium are consistent with the movement conditions, and the inner cavity of the valve should be inserted and cleaned. No foreign matter attached to the sealing ring and butterfly plate is allowed. Never do it before cleaning. It is allowed to close the butterfly plate to avoid damaging the sealing ring.

　　2. It is recommended to use butterfly valve flanges, namely HGJ54-91 type socket welded steel flanges, as the supporting flange for the installation of the disc plate.

　　3. The position of installation in the pipeline is vertical installation, but not upside-down installation.

　　4. It is necessary to adjust the flow during use, and it is controlled by a worm gear box.

　　5. For the butterfly valve with many opening and closing times, open the worm gear box cover in about two months to check whether the butter is normal. Keep a proper amount of butter.

　　6. Check the tightness of each connection part, which not only guarantees the bee-like nature of the packing, but also ensures the flexible rotation of the valve stem.

　　7. The metal-sealed butterfly valve is not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it needs to be installed at the end of the pipeline, it needs to be equipped with an outlet flange to prevent the backlog and over-position of the sealing ring.

　　 8. Valve stem installation and use response Periodically check the valve use effect, and promptly remove any faults found.

一、安装试验与调整：

　　1、本产品无论是手动、气动、液动、电动各部件在出厂前均经严格调试，用户在复检密封性能时，应将进出口两侧均匀固定，关闭碟阀，对进口侧施压，在出口侧观察有无泄露现象，在管道进行强度实验前，应将碟板打开，防止损坏密封副。　　

　　2、本产品出厂前虽经严格检查和实验，但也存在个别产品在运输途中自动螺钉变位，需重新调整、气动、液动等，请阅配套驱动装置使用说明书。   

　　3、(电动传动碟阀)出厂时已将控制机构的启、闭行程调好。为防止电源接通是方向搞错，用户在一次接通电源后，先启开手动至半开位置，在按电动开关检查指示盘方向与阀门闭方向一致即可。   

　　二、常见故障及解决方法   

　　1、安装前道确认本厂产品性能和介质流向箭头是否与运动工况相符，并将阀门内腔插洗干净，不允许在密封圈和蝶板上有附有杂质异物，未清洗前绝不允许关闭蝶板，以免损坏密封圈。   

　　2、碟板安装配套法兰建议采用碟阀法兰，即HGJ54-91型承插焊钢制法兰。   

　　3、安装在管道中的位置，位置为立装，但不能倒装。   

　　4、使用中需要调节流量，有蜗轮箱进行控制。   

　　5、开、闭次数较多的蝶阀，在二个月左右时间，打开蜗轮箱盖，检查黄油是否正常，应保持适量的黄油。   

　　6、检查各联接部位要求压紧，即保证填料的蜜蜂性，又可保证阀杆转动灵活。   

　　7、金属密封蝶阀产品不适合安装于管路末端，如须安装于管路末端，需采取配装出口发兰，防止密封圈积压，过位。   

　　8、阀杆安装使用反应定期检查阀门使用效果，发现故障及时排除。
